From the Harold Weisberg archives (see full doc Item 14) which looks to me like a letter from one RB Cutler to the members of the House Committee in 1977:
He writes that Washington Post reporter George Lardner was with Ferrie just before Ferrie died. Is this correct or a Ferrietale?
Pullitzer prize winner Lardner passed away in 2019
