From what I assume is some kind of documentary, here is a video snippet1 with Susan Stine. The Stines were close friends of the Ramseys and alleged to be the last family to be handed gifts before the Ramseys returned home the evening of December 25, 1996. What I find concerning is that in a less than 30-second video I found four red flags concerning Susan Stine's interaction with the Ramseys.

Statement Analysis Classic: The normal factor! Why the need to mention they all seemed normal if they all seemed normal, unless....?
RED FLAG #2
If Jonbenet was asleep in the car, as claimed by the Ramseys, how could she be "bubbly"?
RED FLAG #3
Why the need to emphasize that "we" meant Susan and her husband? Why is their son Doug not in the driveway waving goodby?
RED FLAG #4
"An intact family". Why didn't she say it was the last time she saw Jonbenet? This is an instance of extreme distancing.
SUMMARY
Since, according to herself, Patsy was not thrilled to go to Charlevoix, she was putting on a show unless Susan Stine is flat out lying, and that could be why she spent 10-15 minutes only with Patsy. Susan Stine obviously saw the need to explicitly mention Glenn but forgot to mention their son Dough unless he wasn't there.
If Susan spent 10-15 minutes with Patsy there would be time for Burke to touch base with best buddy, Doug to check out his x-mas presents. As suggested by by Nick van der Leek2, was Glenn just standing in the driveway chatting with john? Doug might have been with some other friends and that's why he wasn't home when the Ramsey's dropped by.
The normal factor sales pitch is a dead giveaway that she has either guilty knowledge of specific details related to the Ramseys' visit or knowledge of other dark secrets concerning the family. And let's not forget she was the one who dealt with the police when someone in the Ramsey residence dropped a spurious 911 call only days earlier!
