"And they (FBI) said that Oswald has a childlike handwriting and it's easily forged,” the source said, "so they just can't tell.”
(Earl Golz, Alleged Oswald note: FBI can't determine authenticity of letter, 4-6-77) This quote is not about the Comrade Kostin-letter, but the so-called 'Dear mr. Hunt' letter that mysteriously appeared in the late seventies and was eventually attributed to the KGB, trying to implicate the CIA in the Kennedy-assassination. I don't think there is anything remarkably childlike about Oswald's handwriting, but what is interesting is the admission that his handwriting can be 'easily forged'. So, what about Oswald's draft of the Comrade Kostin-letter? Could someone have forged it, copied Oswald's childlike handwriting? Well, the answer seems to be, yes, easily. Just as easily at least as the Dear Mr. Hunt letter.
