According of the shooting position of the shooter on the 6th floor, Mr. Robert Frazier of the FBI did a hulls ejection test with a Carcano.
He did the test a a height of 32 Inch of the ground. (Remember the sitting shooting position of 31 inch).
Remeber that the horizontal elevation of the rifle to the targets was from 6 Degrees till 40 degrees!!
I really ask my self what the purpose of this test was, if the shooter even was able to make those 3 shots like Mr. Frazier testified to the Warren Commission.
