Luce rehashed this story, without naming 'Fernandez', during the HSCA probe. By this time, she had lost all credibility. So what does this mean in regard to the story of Margaret Hoover and her neighbour Julio Fernandez? (See: 75 A Pennsylvanian Piece of Paper) This Fernandez really existed. A coïncidence? Another deliberate red herring?  |
