Update | July 31, 2022
On July 28th, JFK Boards turned 4 years old!!! Thank you for stopping by as a regular visitor to our site.
Currently, there is a slow down in new content due to circumstances outside of the Boards, but this will resume as soon as we are able.
Thank you for your patience and understanding. Meanwhile, there are daily links to "60 Years On" a look back at life in the US nearly 3 generations ago.
It is incredible to think that after all this time, that the murder of a US President should carry such mystery or even doubt.
Anyone that has decided to research this case should already know that there is no need for conspiracy theories or alternate narratives.
It's really very simple. If Lee Oswald killed John F. Kennedy and Officer J.D.Tippit then it should be easily proven without any question or doubt. It is not.
For nearly 60 years, The Warren Commission defenders in this case have relied on a 1964 report and conclusions that were later refused in the Clay Shaw trial,
BY JUDGE BRANIFF: "I am objecting to it because it is fraught with hearsay and contradictions." Books and documentaries featuring the late Vincent Bugliosi, criticized
conspiracy theories while never confirming their own theory of Oswald alone. The House Select Committee on Assassination said of the Commission findings:
"The committee found that, to be precise and loyal to the facts it established, it was compelled to find that President Kennedy was
probably killed as a result of a conspiracy. The committee's finding that President Kennedy was probably assassinated as a result
of a conspiracy was premised on four factors:
(1) Since the Warren Commission's and FBI's investigation into the possibility of a conspiracy was seriously flawed, their
failure to develop evidence of a conspiracy could not be given independent weight.
(2) The Warren Commission was, in fact, incorrect in concluding that Oswald and Ruby had no significant associations,
and therefore its finding of no conspiracy was not reliable.
(3) While it cannot be inferred from the significant associations of Oswald and Ruby that any of the major groups examined
by the committee were involved in the assassination, a more limited conspiracy could not be ruled out.
(4) There was a high probability that a second gunman, in fact, fired at the President.
"The Lone Nut Theory", or Oswald alone, is no better than, Jackie did it, or the driver did it, or the mob or anybody else.
Critics of the governments conclusions on this matter do not have to prove anything. Fingerprints in this case are non conclusive.
Ballistics in this case are the same. History of the rifle appears like a patchwork. Nothing is consistent. Questions lead to other questions or dead ends.
It is America's BIG lie for nearly 60 years, and that is a disgrace. It will never go away. The truth may be lost forever with only thoughts or dreams of a
film or photograph or even recording that someone may possibly have wrapped up in some attic. Unfortunately our own government never took the proper action
to secure so many important films and photographs. Sometimes refusing important documents and allowing witness to take their own exhibits home.
Taking and creating sub par copies of photographs and film frames as well as refusing to demand autopsy photographs instead of artist's renditions.
All of these things are signs of conspiracy within an investigation, but it is not the Warren Commission that designed any sort of huge plot.
The Commission can only review what it is given, though there are prominent members that steer the narrative of the report to what it will conclude.
Throughout the pages of these Boards, there is evidence of Lee being a government agent or some kind of connection to military intelligence.
Time and time again this fact was obviously avoided, neglected, even ridiculed. This is the evidence that leads to the proof of conspiracy.
Researchers and critics of the Report need to understand the proof of conspiracy in the case is in the fault of the conclusions we were given.
And so, we carry on. Thank you for stopping by, and feel free to come back anytime. We encourage young people to get involved in the case, even at this late stage.
Learn what are the real facts and what are the myths that have carried down for so many years. Some here have studied the case for 50 years.
But it will go past our lives. There is no solution at this time and the outlook for one is slim or non existent. The truth has been lost in the "foggy ruins of time".
