This, I thought, was a very interesting passage in Harold Feldman's 1964 article. There's Oswald's image of being a malcontent and a nut, whereas in reality he was quite the bookwurm. That's why I included the links to the library-related entries. Did Lee Harvey Oswald write all the letters attributed to him? The 'Comrade Kostin' letter, typed on Ruth Paine's typewriter, makes you wonder ... who really wrote it? Since Oswald was an avid reader, I think the letters to the FPCC were written by him, and perhaps the letters from Russia were written by someone who was learning English. Is that a strange thought?
